Anne Christine Winters (born June 3, 1994) is an American actress. He is known for his role in the FX Tyrant series as Emma Al-Fayeed, the ABC Wicked City as Vicki Roth, and the Netflix series 13 Reasons Why > as Chlöe Rice. He also starred in the films of Sand Castles (2014), Pass the Light (2015), The Bride He Bought Online Mom and Dad (2017).
In 2017, he began starring as cancer patient Mia Phillips in drama series go90 Zac & amp; Mia, who won the 2018 Emmy Daytime Award for Best Acting Main Actress in the Daytime Digital Drama Series.

Anne Christine Winters was born in Dallas, Texas to Karen and Harry Winters. He grew up near Lewisville. Winters was educated at Prestonwood Christian Academy, a Baptist private school in Plano.
