Ever After High is a fashion doll franchise released by Mattel in July 2013. This is a companion line for Monster High puppets. However, in this line the characters are based on the characters of fairy tales and fantasy tales, not monsters. Premise

Ever After High is a boarding school located in the Tale World. Attended by teenage children of fairy tales.   • Gingerbreadman Coach (voiced by Audu Paden) - A ginger man who teaches "Grimnastics."
  • Professor Jack B. Nimble (voiced by Audu Paden) - Master from "Storytelling 101."
  • The White Queen - The Wonderland Ruler along with the Queen of Hearts who is the royal adviser to the princesses. He also taught "Princessology."
  • Dr. King Charming - Father of Daring Charming, Darling Charming, and Dexter Charming who teaches heroes training.
  • Professor Mama Bear - An anthropomorphic bear that teaches "Central House".
  • Professor Papa Bear - An anthropomorphic anthropomorphic bear that teaches Animal Training. She is embarrassed when she talks to the girls.

Development and release

Built on the success of Monster High, in July 2013, Mattel announced plans to launch a puppet spin-off line. The company estimates that only about 10-20 million are budgeted for development. The 2013 Mattel annual report notes that website visitors have spent an average of 20 minutes to view the content, and that has contributed to gross sales.

Media

Web and movie series

Ever After High has a series of animated shorts on YouTube. As of June 2014, Netflix announced developing a series of episodes based on webisodes - which were released on February 6, 2015.

The theme song was composed by Gabriel Mann and Allison Bloom, and performed by Keeley Bumford. The live-action music video was released on October 15, 2013, featuring Stevie Dore as a high school student and four young girls dancing on campus.
