TV shows 1000 Ways to Die airs on the Spike cable channel. The new episode airs on Monday night at 10/9C, starting on March 12, 2012, with season 4 premiere.

Season 2
Season 2 is set to premiere on December 9, 2009 at 10 pm (EST), but special views of the season's premiere episode are shown on December 6, 2009 at 12:30 (EST). The pattern in which the segments are displayed remains the same, but the real-life scenarios of those who fled from the deaths shown at the end were dropped to make room for more segments of death. Death is a bit more graphic in this season, and "Idiot Alerts" (in the same font as "Way to Die #" and the nickname description is) added to the demise of stupid and erroneous actions that can be easily imitated in real life. Another change is that under "Location", only the city is told, not the city and the specific location as in Season 1. In addition, the female model shown in the opening and front bumper is also removed. Disclaimer opening words are slightly changed from Season 1:
" WARNING: The stories depicted in this event are based on real and very graphic demise."
"The name has been changed to protect the identity of the deceased." "Do not try to try ANY of the actions described."
" YOU WILL DIE! " (this time, the emphasis is on the word "WILL").
