Plot
In 1988, 5 years after the first film event, T.C., head counselor at Camp Rolling Hills, was at a campfire with Sean's men's campers Rob, Anthony, Judd, Charlie, and Emilio. A girl, Phoebe, was there too, after slipping out of her cabin to be with the boys. When Phoebe told him about the previous movie murder at Camp Arawak, his head counselor, Angela, showed up and forced him to return to the cabin.
After the couple goes into an argument, Phoebe becomes lost, only to be attacked by Angela who strikes her head with a log before cutting her tongue out. The next day, the participants camped in Phoebe's cabin, Molly, Ally, Mare, Demi, Lea, and the twins Brooke and Jodi, asking Angela about Phoebe's whereabouts, but she told them that she had to be discharged for bad behavior.
At breakfast, the camp director, Uncle John, gave Angela "Advisor of the Week Award." Afterwards, Angela finds Brooke and Jodi sucking marijuana and drinking, and making them faint. Later, Brooke woke up on a hot grill just to see the framework of his cremated sister. Angela then pours gasoline over Brooke and burns her to death. Meanwhile, Molly and Sean start a relationship, despite Ally's attempts to seduce Sean. That night, the children start a panty attack on the girl's cabin until Angela comes in, throwing it away.
Then, the girls attacked the boys' cabin. T.C. allowing pleasure but Angela shows up and witnesses Mare showing off her breasts. Mare decides she wants to leave the camp, so she tells Angela to drive her. While traveling, Angela gives Mare one last chance to apologize, when she refuses to do so, Angela kills her with electric practice. The next day, Angela finds Charlie and Emilio looking at the naked pictures of the various campers they take in secret.
That night the girls went camping, giving Anthony and Judd a chance to frighten Angela, dressed as Freddy Krueger and Jason Voorhees. The plan backfired when Angela, dressed as Leatherface, slashed Anthony's throat with a clawed glove and killed Judd with a saw. After learning that Ally had sneaked out to have sex with Rob, Angela planned to kill the couple but failed. The next day, Angela makes a trap for Ally by leaving a fake letter from Sean. Ally goes to see Sean but instead meets Angela, who stabs Ally in the back before forcing her down to the house's toilet bowl, drowning it in dirt and leeches. That night, Demi reveals to Angela that she is calling the families of the girls who have been "sent home" by Angela, only to find the girls are not home. Realizing he could be caught, Angela strangled Demi with a guitar string, before stabbing Lea when she found Demi's body.
The next day, Uncle John and T.C. fired Angela for not telling Uncle John about sending many campers to the house. Feeling uneasy at how angry Angela, Molly and Sean went into the forest to comfort her but the couple found the bodies of others in the abandoned cabin, before Angela found them and tied them up and silenced them. Back at the camp, Rob tells T.C about the whereabouts of Molly and Sean, who drive T.C. go to pick them up. She enters the cabin, only for Angela to throw the battery acid on her face, killing her.
Sean realizes Angela is Peter Baker/Angela Baker, the killer of the previous movie. Angela revealed that after 2 years of electrical shock therapy and sex changes, she was released after doctors gave her report on her 'cure'. He then proceeds to chop off Sean's head. Angela leaves the cabin, allowing Molly to free herself and after Angela returns, drops her and runs away. Angela chases Molly through the forest, which suddenly falls from stone to a short drop and is considered dead.
That night, the Diane camp counselor found the bodies of Charlie, Emilio, Uncle John and Rob, before he was stabbed to death by Angela. Meanwhile, Molly wakes up and starts walking out of the woods. Angela rides with the truck driver, who quickly irritates her, angering her to death. When Molly gets out of the woods, she finds the truck but is horrified to learn that Angela is her driver.
